Finland´s biggest hip-hop festival is called Pipefest and is held annualy in Jyväskyla in the eastern parts of the country. Supersci will be one of the main international acts for the Pipefest 2008 in august.

Tomorrow Fri 25th and Sat 26th of April Supersci hit the Swedish mountains in Ramundberget/Funänsdalen to perform both in the slope during and after the crazy snowfest "Afterski 1000".

This week Supersci have recorded a video for the coming song "Forests and Factories". Director is Måns Berthas, the man behind the video for "Get!".
Green and Gold records, based in Osborne Park Australia, is putting out an album with Aussie producer Wisdom2th and a bunch of well known international emcees from the US, UK, Australia and so on. Supersci will represent Sweden on this one with the fresh track "What It Is".
The somewhat unknown and mysterious half of the Flyphonic production duo, Erik L, has now started working on a very interesting solo album. It will contain progressive soul and hip hop and guest artist such as Stray, Kissey Asplund, Cerebral Vortex, Funkenteller (ex Up Hygh) and Supersci.

Supersci will give a concert at the annual event Vårfestivalen, held at Campus in Östersund. Vårfestivalen goes down May 25th.
As many of you might have noticed, the mixtape has been a bit delayed. It is now on it´s way though, and will be released in April. Supersci´s official mixtape Cutting Down Trees will contain guests, remixes, hackups and of course new material.

In these digital days we are happy to announce the release of two Supersci vinyl reissues. It is a repress of the 2005 All Year 12'' and the Classics Collection version of the 2001 Aahyeahwhatchasay 12'' with an updated cover. Both will be mainly aimed towards the Japanese audience.

Third radio single from the "Pinetrees on the Pavement" album has been put in instant A-rotation on Uppsala Student Radio. Hopefully more stations will follow their lead!
Due to last-minute changes and logistic problems, the "Pinetrees" international release via German distributor M-Connexion was pushed back. The new master has now arrived and the worldwide release will take place late October or early November. Stay tuned for more international updates.

We are glad to announce that there will be two release partys to celebrate the long awaited debut album ”Pinetrees On the Pavement”.
April 21st Supersci will invade club B-line at Grodan Lounge on Grevturegatan in Stockholm. Supersci will perform a live set and the B-line dj crew takes care of the wheels of steel.
On April 29th Supersci throws a live show and a non stop party with legendary swedish producer Colleone on the ones and twos at club Red Rock in Sundsvall.

The CD album "Pinetrees on the Pavement" can now be pre-ordered from Bengans.se. It will be delivered on the street release date April 24th. The vinyl 2LP can be pre-ordered by e-mailing your adress directly to the Supersci mail box.

Just ten days after release, "On the Grind" made it from out of nowhere straight to the number one spot on Sweden´s top 20 chart for student radio stations. It has also been picked for the D-rotation list on the national music station P3.
Sweden´s two biggest urban music magazines both feature nice interviews with Supersci for their latest issues. Make sure you pick them up from a newspaper stand near you!

The release date for the Supersci debut album in Scandivaia is now set to April 24th. We´ve added a sneak preview album sampler to our audio/video section, make sure you check it out!

The first single from the coming album will be "On the Grind" featuring Sweden´s hard-hitting emcee Chords. CD promos are being sent to radio and press and the 12" will drop around April´s fools. The B-side will contain "Our Block to Your Block", previously not pressed on wax. "Get!" is pushed back and will drop as a second single along with the album.
We are happy to inform you that Supersci´s album "Pinetrees on the Pavement" will be oficially released in Japan! The record label is P-Vine and the japanese release date is currently set for June 2nd.
